1. Return Eligibility

  • Software-related issues after delivery

3. Refurbished & Used Products

These items are tested before sale and may not be eligible for return unless defective.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Refund will be issued within 5-7 working days
  • Refunds will be made via original payment method

5. Replacement

If a product is defective, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
