3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock or pricing errors

4. Warranty

• Warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned on the product
• No warranty on certain used items unless specified

5. Limitation of Liability

Om Technology is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.
